Due to rapid growth in business operations, Guarity needed to hire 50+ security guards within a short time frame for two distinct projects. One of them required certified guards and for the other one they needed uncertified people that Guarity would train to become security guards. Up until working with us, Guarity did not have a reliable way of scaling their employment base, as the hires were mostly sourced through word-of-mouth and references.
At first, we brainstormed about what kind of criteria we would need to set in order to attract high-quality applicants. We then crafted a marketing campaign that made sure all potential applicants that do not fit these criteria were filtered out, so that Guarity would only spend time on the most interesting candidates.
By means of our marketing efforts, we were able to provide Guarity with a steady flow of high-quality job applicants. During this process we had to pause our marketing campaign many times due to incapacity at Guarity’s team to handle the constant stream of job applicants. As much so that when we reactivated the campaign each time it was just a matter for us to ask Guarity “how many applicants do you want per day”?
